Include your device model, OS version, Roomy version and a description of the issue. Please do not send personal photos, passwords or payment information.

Photos and storage

Allow photo access in system settings. Roomy only analyzes locally available content. Cloud-optimized originals may not have a complete size available offline. Review the photo to keep in each group before deleting copies. Recently Deleted or Trash can retain deleted items temporarily.

Premium

Use Restore purchases with the same store account used to buy Premium. Purchasing and restoring require internet. Scheduled checks run when the operating system permits them.
